The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Boltless Shelving Add-On with wire shelving is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams for vertical adjustment in 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves employ double rivet button stud construction to securely lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, with easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, achieved through snap-in components. The structure is made of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, improving fire safety and potentially lowering insurance premiums.
