The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, featuring durable roll-formed steel framing with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway for a structurally secure joint. Wire decking is incorporated to allow ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow, enhancing fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design permits four side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving system’s various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, and expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together.
