The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any area. The open design allows access from all four sides, providing maximum flexibility, while adjustable open shelves change in 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, which also adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, and the top and bottom shelves feature double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety. The shelving unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, requires easy assembly with snap-in components and no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the design facilitates expansion by securely joining add-on units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together.
