The SC Preferred 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. It features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and an open design that allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted top and bottom horizontal beams, and single rivet center horizontal beams, all adjusting vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction on top and bottom shelves to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration. The wire decking also enables sprinkler water to pass easily throughout racks, improving fire safety and potentially lowering insurance premiums. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
