The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, featuring durable and adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. This kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The snap-in components allow easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel and has stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick white laminate melamine decking with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
