The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Commercial Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with Laminate Decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage space with various heights, widths, and depths. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components instead. The unit features sturdy roll-formed 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and includes double rivet button stud construction on top and bottom shelves to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, ensuring structural security and eliminating back and side sway. The center shelf uses single rivet beams. Horizontal beams adjust vertically at 1" increments and come in both double riveted and single riveted styles. The chip-resistant, gray baked enamel finish provides durability, while the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
