The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves that can be positioned at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single riveted horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which snap into place without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, ensuring easy assembly. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with perimeter beams locked into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. The laminate decking measures 1/2" thick with a pre-cut square edging and features a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open design allows access from all four sides, offering maximum flexibility for various facility layouts.
