The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility layout. This shelving features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for flexibility and easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, with top and bottom shelves utilizing double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet beams adjustable vertically every 1". The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in a white laminated finish.
