The SC Preferred 4 Shelf Commercial Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with Laminate Decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customized storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments. The boltless design enables easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup. The shelving’s sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelves come with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated finish.
