The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for customizable storage. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double-riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single-rivet beams for the center shelf, all of which assemble easily without bolts, nuts, or clips through snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing maximizes support, while the top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The decking consists of a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel parts.
