The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable in 1" increments and an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams for the center shelf, all providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing and structural security by locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction, while the center shelf employs single rivet beams. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for quick setup, and expansion is facilitated by joining units with more stability and less construction effort than bolting two starter units together. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
