The SC Preferred™ 3-shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. This unit, measuring with 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, includes double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves and single rivet beams for the center shelf, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking, which is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, contribute to durability and maintenance ease. The boltless design ensures easy assembly with snap-in components without requiring nuts, bolts, or clips, allowing expansion by joining multiple units with greater stability and less construction effort compared to bolting starter units together.
