The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. This unit features durable, sturdy roll-formed 14 gauge steel framing with punched T posts on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams on the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams on the center shelf that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The unit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. It offers an open design allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility, is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows easy expansion with added stability by joining units without bolting starter units together.
