The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams, all adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the snap-in components enable easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving unit includes stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine laminate decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The top and bottom shelves employ double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. This add-on unit is designed to expand storage capacity efficiently by joining with other units for enhanced stability and requires less construction than bolting multiple starter units together.
