The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, offering various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility layout. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, while sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support. Shelves feature double rivet button stud construction on top and bottom shelves to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, with the center shelf utilizing single rivet beams. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The package includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, providing cost-effective solid decking and long-lasting durability.
