The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces to maximize storage areas. It features durable roll-formed 14 GA steel uprights measuring 2" x 1", punched on 1" centers, along with double riveted and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelving includes rugged, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking finished with chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips. The adjustable open shelves offer versatility in configuration, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility layout.
