The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open shelves allow four-sided access and snap-in assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing maximizes support, with top and bottom shelves using double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The package also includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
