The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components and sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Top and bottom shelves feature double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams adjusting vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel frame, and the shelving is equipped with sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard providing cost-effective solid decking.
