The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open shelves feature chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking for cost-effective solid shelving. The unit allows four-side access with an open design for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to securely lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway.
