The SC Preferred 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with top and bottom shelves using double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The center shelf uses single rivet beams. The shelving includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
