The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any area. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelving features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all of which adjust vertically in 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Assembly is easy without bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup, and expansion is facilitated by joining units with greater stability and minimal construction. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that provides cost-effective solid support.
