The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams with additional single rivet horizontal beams, all adjusting vertically at 1" increments, allowing for customizable shelf height. The open design permits four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction on the top and bottom shelves lock the perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The sturdy, smooth precut wood decking is 5/8" thick particleboard with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the design allows easy expansion by joining add-on units for increased stability with less construction compared to bolting two starter units together.
