The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, offering various heights, widths, and depths to suit nearly every facility layout. The open design provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the shelving features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving frame is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel with chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf employs single rivet beams. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard, providing a cost-effective solid surface. Warranty terms apply.
