Pro Strip™ Ultra Heavy Duty Floor Stripper is a powerful and fast-acting stripper designed to emulsify most finishes upon contact, thereby significantly reducing normal soak times and enabling the removal of multiple layers of finish with fewer passes. This stripper is specially formulated to penetrate and emulsify the toughest UHS burnished finishes, making it effective for first-time stripping and minimizing the need for additional restrips. It features fast penetration of built-up finishes and sealer layers, while offering variable dilution rates with cool water for a cost-effective solution. The product also has a pleasant cherry almond fragrance that helps reduce complaints regarding floor stripping odor. As a safer choice, this concentrate is not regulated as hazardous waste for disposal under EPA Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. It is designed for use on VCT, terrazzo, and concrete flooring, but it is not intended for use on wood, linoleum, rubber, marble, painted surfaces, or surface-colored and acid-dyed concrete floors as it may harm these surfaces. It is advisable to test for softening or color bleeding on asphalt floors before application.
