This coil is designed exclusively for use with Puron® refrigerant (R-410A) and features a cased A-coil housed in a durable, 24 gauge, pre-painted taupe metallic cabinet. The fully-insulated cabinet, utilizing foil-faced R-2.1 insulation properties, ensures quiet and efficient operation of the evaporator coil. This multipoise coil provides exceptional installation flexibility, accommodating a variety of applications while minimizing the number of SKUs required for stocking. Key performance attributes include low pressure drops that enhance overall system performance and airflow characteristics. All Bryant coils are equipped with refrigerant-specific, factory-installed thermostatic expansion valves (TXVs). The coil design incorporates two corrosion-resistant condensate pans, one for vertical and one for horizontal applications, made from fiberglass reinforced thermoset polyester (FRTP) to ensure outstanding strength, proper drainage slope, and improved moisture removal for enhanced home comfort. Additionally, the coil features industry-proven sweat connections for leak-free operation, side mounting tubing for easy cleaning and access to the TXV, and meets or exceeds a burst pressure of 2100 PSI, ensuring reliability under pressure. Factory-installed UV knockouts facilitate quick installation of UV lights, while the split delta plate design allows for easy access for servicing and cleaning the coil, enabling removal from the front of the unit without tools after the door is taken off.
