This coil is specifically designed for use with Puron® refrigerant (R-410A) and features a cased A-coil housed in a durable, 24 gauge, pre-painted taupe metallic cabinet. The fully insulated cabinet is foil faced with R-2.1 insulation properties, ensuring quiet and efficient operation of the evaporator coil. It offers multipoise installation flexibility, allowing for various applications with fewer SKUs. Performance is optimized through low pressure drops, enhancing system performance and airflow characteristics. Each Bryant coil is equipped with refrigerant-specific, factory-installed thermostatic expansion valves (TXVs). The coil features durable, corrosion-resistant drain pans made from fiberglass reinforced thermoset polyester (FRTP), with one pan for vertical applications and another for horizontal, both engineered with proper slope for effective water drainage and improved moisture removal. It is equipped with industry-proven sweat connections for leak-free operation and reliable system performance, with side mounting tubing that facilitates easy cleaning and servicing. The coil meets or exceeds a burst pressure of 2100 PSI, significantly exceeding pressures experienced in typical applications. Additionally, factory-installed UV knockouts enable quick installation of UV lights, while the "split delta plate" allows for easy access to the coil for servicing and cleaning, with the capability to remove the coil from the front of the unit without tools once the door is detached.
