This coil is available for use in Puron® refrigerant (R-410A) only and features a cased A-coil housed in a durable, 24 gauge, pre-painted taupe metallic cabinet. The fully-insulated cabinet, with foil faced and R-2.1 insulation properties, ensures quiet and efficient operation of the evaporator coil. This multipoise coil provides installation application flexibility, allowing one coil to serve a variety of applications while reducing the number of SKUs to stock. Performance-wise, this new A-coil is designed for low pressure drops to enhance system performance and airflow characteristics. All Bryant coils are equipped with refrigerant-specific, factory-installed thermostatic expansion valves (TXVs). It includes durable condensate pans, one for vertical and one for horizontal applications, made of corrosion-resistant "fiberglass reinforced thermoset polyester" (FRTP) for superior pan strength, engineered with proper slope for effective water drainage and improved moisture removal. The coil features industry-proven sweat connections for leak-free operation and maintains system reliability, with side mounting tubing allowing for easy cleaning and access to the TXV. It meets or exceeds a burst pressure of 2100 PSI, significantly higher than typical operational pressures. Additionally, the cased coil comes with factory-installed UV knockouts for easy installation of UV lights. The coil is designed with a "split delta plate" for quick access for service and cleaning, allowing for tool-free removal after opening the door.
