Superscrape™ mats feature molded tread surface cleats that effectively scrape tough dirt and grime from shoes, making them ideal for use outside as a scraper mat or as a slip-resistant mat in wet areas. The mats are designed to clean effectively, as the surface cleats remove and trap dirt and sand below shoe level to prevent tracking. They are slip-resistant even in wet environments, certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), and are durable, being grease/oil proof and chemical resistant. Their lightweight flexible design ensures easy handling and cleaning, as they can be shaken off, hosed down, commercially laundered, or autoclave sterilized. Superscrape™ mats are welding safe and recommended for outdoor scraping or in wet areas requiring additional traction. They meet rigorous standards, being certified high-traction by the NFSI, passing DOC-FF1-70 for surface flammability, and achieving ASTM C1028-96 static coefficient of friction ratings of dry 0.85 and wet 0.90. For cleaning, the mats can be commercially laundered, sterilized in an autoclave, or washed by hand using a neutral pH detergent, followed by rinsing with a hose or pressure washer and hanging to dry, ensuring they are completely dry before being put back into service.
