TuffComfort™ standing desk mats provide a comfortable and healthy alternative to prolonged sitting, aimed at reducing the negative effects on the body associated with long periods of stationary work. The mats feature a polyurethane cushion that runs edge-to-edge, offering excellent anti-fatigue properties to alleviate discomfort from extended standing, with an overall mat thickness of 3/4". The durable construction includes a PET fabric surface that is permanently bonded to a robust rubber layer, enhancing puncture resistance from high heels. Safety features include beveled edges that ensure a seamless transition from floor to mat, preventing cracks or curling. The mats are naturally stain resistant, facilitating easy cleaning, and are eco-friendly with a PET fabric surface made from 90% recycled content reclaimed from plastic. The surface material consists of needle-punched, solution-dyed PET (14 ounces/yards²) molded to nitrile rubber, and the cushion material is polyurethane. The mats comply with flammability standard CPSC-FF1-70, making them suitable for commercial use at standing workstations. For maintenance, it is recommended to vacuum regularly, extract or hose off to remove heavy soil, hang to dry, and ensure the mat is completely dry before reuse.
