The Ultra-Grate Guard®, sediment only model, with curb deflector, measures 28" x 42" and is designed to catch sediment, oil, silt, debris, and other runoff before they enter waterways. This high-flow model features no overflows and is intended for use with flat grate catch basins. The easy-to-install design slides onto the storm drain's grate and is secured with heavy-duty hook and loop fasteners. Sediment, dirt, silt, and other pollutants can be easily removed with a broom, flat shovel, or similar tool, eliminating the need to remove the grating, allowing everything to remain at street level. This functionality is particularly valuable in construction sites and areas with large amounts of pollutants. The material used is high flow woven, ensuring effective sediment and pollution control.
