Maxicut® Ultra™ is an advanced cut protection glove designed for dry environments, embodying the core values of Maxicut® in a thinner, more comfortable, and durable format. The glove features innovative fibers sourced by ATG®, which develop unique high-performance yarns providing cut protection while ensuring high comfort levels. It boasts a patented nitrile microfoam coating offering 360° breathability, making it the most breathable glove available. Reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger enhances cut resistance and extends the glove's lifespan. The glove is designed to consistently minimize liner penetration, ensuring only the soft liner rests against the skin, and its form, fit, and feel mimic the "hand at rest" to reduce fatigue and enhance comfort. Additionally, it is touchscreen compatible, allowing users to operate devices without removing the gloves, and utilizes the latest knitting technology for smooth, rounded fingertips that improve sensitivity. All materials used in its construction comply with REACH legislation, and the glove is laundered before packaging for cleanliness and safety. It has received OEKO-TEX® certification for skin safety and has been awarded professional dermatological accreditation by the Skin Health Alliance. Key specifications include a 100% silicone-free composition, an ANSI cut level of A4, and test method ASTM F2992-15. EN 388 2016 results show abrasion resistance of 4, cut (coupe test) of 3, tear of 4, and puncture of 3, with a cut score of D in the TDM-100 test. Impact protection adheres to the EN 388 European standard.
