The CEJN® stainless steel hose reels are robust and durable, designed for multiple installation options to enhance workplace safety and efficiency. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 acid-proof steel, these reels are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments requiring high corrosion resistance. The acid-proof variant is ideal for high-temperature applications and is recommended for use in challenging environments such as offshore operations or food processing industries. These reels come equipped with a food-approved PVC hose that has four layers, providing flexibility, grease resistance, ease of cleaning, and compatibility with detergents and chemicals. This hose can be utilized for both water and compressed air in settings where food safety is paramount. Each reel includes a PVC hose, hose guard, 4-way roller guide, feeder hose, and a fixed bracket, while an optional swing bracket enhances the convenience of hose retraction and unwinding. Specifications include a 65' overall length, 1/2" female NPT inlet, and 1/2" male NPT outlet, with a blue hose included, made from stainless steel for the reel and food-approved PVC for the hose.
