The CEJN® stainless steel hose reels are robust and durable, designed to accommodate multiple installation options. Featuring an accurate hose guide and a spring return mechanism, these reels prevent hoses from lying on the floor, contributing to a safer, more efficient, and ergonomic workplace. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 acid-proof steel, these reels are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments where high corrosion resistance is essential. The acid-proof version is particularly suitable for higher temperatures, making it ideal for demanding settings such as offshore applications or food processing industries, as well as agriculture, manufacturing, slaughterhouses, and commercial kitchens. Each reel comes ready to use with a food-approved PVC hose, which is constructed with four layers to be flexible, grease proof, easy to clean, and resistant to detergents and chemical products. This hose can be utilized for water and compressed air in food safety applications. The complete package includes a PVC hose, hose guard, 4-way roller guide, feeder hose, and a fixed bracket. An optional swing bracket enhances the convenience of hose retraction and unwinding. Specifications include a total length of 65', with a 3/4" female NPT inlet and a 3/4" male NPT outlet for the blue hose. The materials used are stainless steel for the hose reel and food-approved PVC for the hose.
