Constructed using the certified Meehanite® casting process, JET® variable speed milling machines with power draw bar provide consistent and reliable operation. The milling heads are precision bored and honed to ensure quality cuts, and the machines feature a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop for ease of use. Available in single or three-phase power configurations, the JET® JTM-4VS series mills come with a two-year full service and parts warranty. Key features include adjustable gibs throughout, a heavy-duty splined motor drive, and an internal coolant tank built into the casting base (coolant pump not included). Additionally, the large diameter quill is chromed, a one-shot lubrication system is incorporated, and the ways and table are precision hardened and ground. The spindle head is internally cooled, and a tolerance test sheet is included for quality assurance.
