The Datrex MaxFlow Level 70 Newton lifejacket/PFD is meticulously designed for continuous wear while working near shore, ensuring easy access to safety. It complies with the new Level 70N standard from the USCG, harmonizing approval across North America and replacing the Type III designation. Key features include dual approvals from the USCG and TC, adherence to ANSI standards, and the innovative MaxFlow system that enhances breathability and comfort. The split foam system provides uniform torso coverage while minimizing bulk, complemented by mesh sides and shoulder areas for optimal airflow. The lifejacket features contoured lightweight flotation foam for freedom of movement and true tailored sizing for modern users. It is equipped with two 1-inch encircling belts secured by a heavy-duty zipper closure, a hidden belt to prevent snags, and two large pockets with hook and loop closures, pull tabs, and tether loops inside. Additionally, MOLLE compatibility allows for the attachment of accessories, and a harness hole on the back panel accommodates universal fall harness protection. The design boasts high visibility orange with SOLAS grade retroreflective elements, a hand warmer liner made of fleece behind the pockets, and SOLAS grade retro-reflective tape on both front and back shoulders.
