Constructed using the certified Meehanite® casting process, JET® variable speed milling machines with power draw bar provide consistent and reliable operation. Precision bored and honed milling heads ensure quality cuts, and the three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop makes them easy to use. Available in single or three phase power configurations, the JET® JTM-4VS series mills are backed by a two-year full service and parts warranty. Key features include adjustable gibs throughout, a heavy-duty splined motor drive, and an internal coolant tank built into the casting base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included). The large diameter quill is chromed, and the machine features a one shot lubrication system along with precision hardened and ground ways and table. Additionally, the spindle head is internally cooled, and a tolerance test sheet is included.
