The JET® JTM-1254RVS and JTM-1254VS are 12" x 54" variable speed vertical milling machines that provide durability, strength, and precision engineering for high-quality component production. Designed for ease of use, these machines feature ongoing automatic lubrication every 180 minutes and a quick nut spindle feed. Constructed with certified Meehanite® castings, they allow for easier leveling without raising the machine off the floor. The heavy-duty mills are available in both R-8 and NT-40 spindles and include adjustable gibs throughout, dual locks on all moveable surfaces, a heavy-duty spindle brake, precision bored and honed milling head, precision hardened and ground ways and table, a spindle brake for rapid stopping, three precision ground T-slots, and a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop. Additionally, they come equipped with two 115V outlets on the electrical box for powerfeeds only. These machines are backed by the industry-leading JET® two-year warranty and are CSA/CUS certified.
