The JET® JTM-1254RVS and JTM-1254VS are durable and precise 12" x 54" variable speed vertical milling machines designed to produce high-quality components. These machines feature ongoing automatic lubrication every 180 minutes and a quick nut spindle feed, alongside certified Meehanite® castings that facilitate easier leveling without raising the machine off the floor. Offered in both R-8 and NT-40 spindles, these heavy-duty mills include adjustable gibs throughout, dual locks on all movable surfaces, a heavy-duty spindle brake, a precision bored and honed milling head, precision hardened and ground ways and table, and a spindle brake for rapid stopping. Additional features consist of three precision ground T-slots, a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop, and two 115V outlets on the electrical box designed for powerfeeds only. These products are backed by an industry-leading two-year warranty and are CSA/CUS certified.
