The JET® JTM-1254RVS and JTM-1254VS are 12" x 54" variable speed vertical milling machines engineered for durability, strength, and precision, designed to produce high-quality components. These machines provide automatic lubrication every 180 minutes and feature a quick nut spindle feed, alongside certified Meehanite® castings that facilitate easier leveling without raising the machine off the floor. They come with R-8 and NT-40 spindle options and include adjustable gibs throughout, dual locks on all moveable surfaces, a heavy-duty spindle brake, a precision bored and honed milling head, precision hardened and ground ways and table, three precision ground T-slots, and a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop. Additionally, there are two 115V outlets on the electrical box for powerfeeds only. The JET® mills are backed by an industry-leading two-year warranty and are CSA/CUS certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
