The JTM-1 and 2 models feature a three-stage power downfeed with auto stop, ensuring high precision with class 7 spindle bearings and the rugged stability of certified Meehanite® castings. The internally cooled spindle head prevents seizing, while Jet® precision engineering guarantees superior results. Key features include a heavy-duty splined motor drive, an integrated internal coolant tank (coolant pump not included), a chromed large diameter quill, a one-shot lubrication system, and precision bored and honed milling head with precision hardened and ground ways. The spindle head is designed to be internally cooled, and a tolerance test sheet is included with each unit. This equipment is backed by an industry-leading two-year warranty.
