The JET® JTM-1050VS2 features certified Meehanite® castings, a heavy-duty hardened and ground 10" x 50" table, and high precision Class 7 precision bearings that support the spindle. Precision bored and honed milling heads ensure quality cuts, and the three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop enhances usability. The kit includes adjustable gibs throughout, chrome lead screws on both the X and Y axes, and a chrome-plated motor shaft with bearing support at the end. The machine is equipped with hardened and ground square vertical knee ways and cross ways, a heavy-duty motor drive, and an internal coolant tank built into the base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included). Additional features include a large diameter chromed quill, a one-shot lubrication system, an internally cooled spindle head, and a tolerance test sheet. This milling machine is backed by a two-year warranty from JET®.
