It operates on 220-volt single-phase power and arrives nearly fully assembled, complete with easy-to-learn design software compatible with any basic PC. The system allows for control of the X, Y, and Z axis movements from a sturdy podium equipped with a large console screen and keypad. The console includes a pre-loaded library of shapes that can be resized and altered at the table without needing a computer. The machine is equipped with automatic height detection on the Z-axis, ensuring perfect cuts even in corrugated or uneven materials. It utilizes Panasonic® brushless servo motors driven by Panasonic® servo motion controllers, ensuring robust performance. The industrial-grade gantry travel system for the X, Y, and Z axes is constructed from extremely rigid structural steel, and the gantry can move aside during loading to accommodate a full 10-foot sheet, minimizing the risk of machine damage.
