The PT-105HD-V2 is an advanced plasma cutting table designed to handle 5' x 10' sheets, featuring automatic height detection for efficient production runs. The unit arrives nearly fully assembled and includes BobCAD-CAM Express design software, allowing users to easily design and execute projects from any computer via USB. Compatible with 220-volt single-phase power, the system allows control of X, Y, and Z-axis movements from a sturdy podium equipped with a large console screen and keypad. The console includes a pre-loaded library of shapes for resizing and alteration directly at the table. The gantry is driven by Panasonic® brushless servo motors and motion controllers, providing high precision while maintaining a clear view of its movement for better adjustment and control. Designed for ease of loading, the gantry can move out of the way to accommodate a full 10-foot sheet, minimizing the risk of machine damage. The axes operate on heavy-duty Hiwin square rails, ensuring smooth movement with integrated wipers to keep welding dust from causing friction. This design effectively reduces the risks associated with loading and operating the table compared to conventional systems. The PT-105HD-V2 is compatible with automatic plasma torch systems, while the torch is sold separately, allowing users to select the appropriate Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster model for their application.
