The BV-6HV from Baileigh® is a versatile hitch vise designed for mobility and convenience, fitting securely into a standard 2 in. hitch receiver or mounting on a trailer or bench with its integrated mounting plate. Constructed from durable ductile cast iron with a tensile strength of 60,000 PSI, this 6" heavy-duty vise includes features such as four vibration reduction adjustment screws, replaceable top jaws, and integrated pipe jaws. It offers a clamping force of 2.5 tons when hitch mounted and 3.5 tons when bench mounted, with a maximum vise opening of 5-1/2" and 5-7/8" wide jaws paired with a 5" throat depth. The pipe capacity ranges from 1/4" to 3-1/2", and it also boasts a large anvil work surface measuring 5-3/4" x 2-1/2". The vise has a net weight of 28 lbs.
