The Shuter® 1-sided cart is designed for the efficient transportation and storage of small parts, featuring unique multi-sized quick release bins from the MS series of mobile quick flip out bin carts. Constructed from heavy-duty, chip-proof, rust-resistant galvanized steel, the cart supports a 1200 lb. capacity and can be equipped with a selection of 16 pre-configured SGS loading tested flip out bin sets, making it ideal for use in service departments, manufacturing, or assembly environments. The mobile stand includes 8 sets of FO series flip out bins—comprised of 2 sets each of FO-308, FO-306, FO-604, and FO-605—that can be arranged on either side A or side B of the cart, promoting space efficiency and streamlined stock management. The bins are constructed from durable ABS with transparent PS windows and label areas for easy identification. The cart features 4 industrial strength casters, with 2 fitted with brakes, enhancing portability and ease of relocation, complemented by a sturdy handle. Each bin set includes various dimensions: 16 bins measuring 2-51/16"W x 2-3/16"D x 2-1/2"H, 12 bins at 3-3/16"W x 2-13/16"D x 3-1/8"H, 10 bins at 4-1/8"W x 3-3/8"D x 3-7/8"H, and 8 bins measuring 5-1/8"W x 4-13/16"D x 5-3/16"H. The cart ships flat packed for convenient shipping and simple on-site assembly.
