The Shuter® 2-sided cart is designed for the efficient transportation and storage of small parts, featuring unique multi-sized quick release bins from the MS series of mobile quick flip out bin carts. Constructed from heavy-duty, chip-proof, and rust-resistant galvanized steel, the cart has a capacity of 1200 lb. It can be equipped with a selection of 16 pre-configured SGS loading tested flip out bin sets, which are versatile for use in service departments, manufacturing, or assembly settings. The cart arrives flat packed for convenient shipping and easy on-site assembly. It includes 16 sets of FO series flip out bins (comprising 4 sets each of FO-308, FO-306, FO-604, FO-605), allowing for various configurations on either side of the cart. The mobile stand design helps save space and simplifies stock management. The durable ABS bins are equipped with transparent PS windows and designated label areas, while the cart is fitted with 4 industrial strength casters (two of which have brakes) for excellent mobility. Additionally, it is highly portable, featuring a sturdy handle for easy relocation. The bin sizes include 32 bins measuring 2-5/16"W x 2-3/16"D x 2-1/2"H, 24 bins measuring 3-3/16"W x 2-13/16"D x 3-1/8"H, 20 bins measuring 4-1/8"W x 3-3/8"D x 3-7/8"H, and 16 bins measuring 5-1/8"W x 4-13/16"D x 5-3/16"H, allowing for a mix-and-match approach with Shuter® flip out bins and hanging bins for expanded storage options.
