The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is constructed with durable, adaptable, roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts, which eliminates back and side sway. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes smooth, sturdy precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing four side access for maximum flexibility.
