The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to fit various needs. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts with a double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. The shelving offers easy assembly with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips.
