The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for flexible storage, easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, and snap-in components for quick setup. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The add-on unit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The decking consists of smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard shipped in two pieces, offering a cost-effective solid surface.
