The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable, adaptable, open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, with easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts via button stud construction to eliminate sway, and wire decking for ventilation, visibility, and light penetration. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The open design allows four-side access and the wire decking facilitates sprinkler water passage, improving fire safety and compliance with insurance requirements. Particle board ships in two pieces.
